Jill fell in love with fitness and movement as a child. She trained at the School of Russian Ballet in Bermuda, where she performed for six seasons. Today, she remains passionate about promoting movement for children as the Director of the Young Children's Division of Capital City Dance Center. Jill has completed STOTT PILATES mat, barre and equipment training as well as Injuries and Special Populations training.

A comprehensively trained STOTT Pilates Instructor and an RYT 200 with 15 years of teaching experience, Cynthia loves to share Pilates and yoga. She hold specialty certifications including Breast cancer rehabilitation and Barre.
Rachel discovered yoga at age 14 and has incorporated it into her life - and her work - ever since. A spirited and energetic personality, Rachel brings playfulness to every class. She delights in her student's breakthroughs and enjoys giving personalized instruction. She cultivates a sense of community among her students and offers support through the learning process.
Lisa began her journey into teaching movement with a degree in exercise science. She is a comprehensively trained STOTT Pilates instructor, personal trainer and health coach with years of experience. Lisa will keep you safe and motivated while meeting your physical goals.
A lover of making healing movement accessible to everyone, Toni brings her passion to her teaching practice. She is an ERYT with a specialty in yoga for chronic pain
A love for dance and musical movement have always been a part of Noelle's life. Noelle has completed Stott Pilates essential and intermediate mat training, and she is excited to share her love of health and fitness through Pilates Barre and mat classes. When not in dance class or teaching, Noelle enjoys hot yoga, relaxing with a book and music or pursuing her love of Starbucks!
Jon Royal is a Teacher and Master Practitioner of Unlimited Body and Unlimited Breath since 1997. He has an insatiable drive to better understand people and how to help them achieve their potential, and has spent the last twenty plus years traveling extensively nationally and internationally as a teacher, practitioner, presenter and entrepreneur.
Jon has studied numerous systems of healing, personal development and spirituality; working with healers and teachers from Australia, Bali, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Tibet and the United States.
Innah is a multi- award dancer and leader and artistic director of award- winning troupe: Innah's Middle Eastern Dance Troupe of Des Moines, Iowa. Innah's primary style is Oriental which she gracefully combines with moves from Russian ballet.
A professional teacher of academics as well as movement, Innah teaches multiple movement classes in the Des Moines area.
