Barre Fusion Pilates incorporates strength training with yoga, pilates and ballet-inspired barre exercises, resulting in stronger, longer and leaner muscles. This challenging workout targets the thighs, butt, abdominals, back and arms.
Barre Fusion Pilates class for those new to barre pilates or experienced students who want to focus on fundamental alignment principles. An intense workout, with less variations and repetitions.
Please note that all yoga classes are heated between 85 and 90 degrees.

FUNdamentals yoga class that is ideal for athletes and anyone who has tight muscles from years of wear and tear (so pretty much all of us!). Strengthen your core and release and stretch those tight hips, back, hamstrings and shoulders, combined with self- myofascial release with foam rollers. By improving flexibility and balance, you will see a marked improvement in your athletic performance.
Hot Power Vinyasa to some rockin’ tunes. This is not a dance class, but you might find yourself getting down and singing along on your mat!
The best of Hot Power Vinyasa & Pilates rolled into one class, targeting overall core strength and flexibility. Build strength from the inside out as you learn how to engage your core when practicing yoga.
Private training involves individual instruction tailored to your fitness level and your body’s specific needs. Because these sessions are specially designed for each individual’s personal circumstances, they can include any combination of yoga, barre pilates and pilates equipment training. Perfect for those with injuries or have a specific health and wellness goal to meet.
Semi-Private sessions offer the same individualized instruction with the opportunity to share the experience with one or two partners. Most effective if group participants are of a similar fitness level.
Students new to pilates equipment (reformer, chair, tower) or looking for a refresher would benefit greatly from our special Introductory Package before joining a semi-private session. Knowledge and familiarity of the equipment, and a basic grasp of the cues and techniques will allow you to fully benefit from the dynamic nature of semi-private sessions with other students.
